| Introducing Flex Motorsport & Nova 93.7 To Wa Speedway Posted Tuesday, 27 July 2010 by BCM Motorsports Marketing |
| In 2010/11 WA Speedway will see two new identities into the sport, Flex Motorsport a group 1 sprintcar team backed by national FM radio broadcaster Nova 93.7 Flex Motorsport are the newest sprintcar team from Bunbury Western Australia but the operations will be based in Yangebup in Perth & Bunbury in the South West, in 2010 the PCB Holdings, Nova, KRE, J&J are all running, signed & ready to go. Reading this you may say to yourself who are Flex Motorsport? It consists of Team Owner & founder Peter Brady & drivers Sheldon & Nathan Brady, these three led by father Peter have had a lifelong dream to fulfill & that is sprintcar racing, so as of 2010 Flex Motorsport was created. The Brady’s had a slight introduction to Sprintcar racing in 2009/10 in Western Australia driving in the 360 class, this was all the taste that Team owner Peter Brady needed to decide to go about it in their own style & that they have done with dedication & professionalism. The team has a very simple & direct philosophy on what they want to achieve in the sport and speaking with the Team recently they had this to say about the inaugural 2010/11 WA speedway season “Brian we are not here to set the world on fire on the track, we know this is hard & will be hard for some time, we are under no illusions otherwise, but what we do want to do is help lift the profile of the sport in the West first & maybe stretch that nationally at a later date. We figured to do this we had to do it properly, so we sat down as a family & with Monte Motorsport boss Luch Monte and acquired the off season services of one of Australia’s prominent crew chiefs Kim “Buzzy” Buswell & his son Dillon, the two have their program ready to roll for the new season & we have used their advice & skills to help set this deal up as well as try to learn a lot of very valuable things in a very short time, Buzzy will be there to offer support for us while on the road doing WSS with Monte Motorsport. I can wait to get these things on the track” Flex motorsport are in the process of setting up some important marketing tools to help with not only their own but the sports profile, they will have a very exclusive merchandise range available at all tracks, posters, as well as the new team website to be released soon. And with the arrival of one of Americas top world of outlaw crew chiefs due to arrive in coming months this will top of a massive creation of Flex Motorsport. Joining the team for its inaugural season will be one of Australia’s highest rating radio FM radio stations 93.7 Nova FM, they have seen the teams off track operation & were quick to jump on board for this motorsport experience, other sponsors joining the Flex Motorsport operation will be two of the teams own companies in PCB Holdings & Flex Fitness, as well the team would like to welcome the following sponsors to the team. Tom from SP tools, Rickki from Hot Weld, Darryl at WA Mechanical Services, Ken at KRE Race Engines, Craig from Skwid Signs, Frank at Frank Scarterfield Smash Repairs, Gary at Raw Urban, Bear from BCM motorsports Marketing & of course the entire team at 93.7 Nova. Flex Motorsport are here for the long haul there is no illusions about that, with a few big sponsorship deals about to fall into place that will lift the team profile sky high this will be an exciting time in West Australian speedway. Stay tuned for more on Flex Motorsport in coming weeks.
